Items purchased will be delivered at the customer's given shipping address depending upon delivery location.

- Within EU 7-14 business days after purchase date
- Other international destinations 14-28 business days after purchase date
When your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with details about the order, shipping and delivery. If payment was approved for your order and you did not receive this email, please check your junk-mail folder. For all orders, if you still have not received your purchase 1 week past the expected arrival date, please notify us by sending an email to email@example.com.
We hope that this would never happen but unfortunately some people may see it fit to return or exchange items. So if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you want to return your purchase. We will record your request and you would then have 14 business days for German and other EU orders, or 30 business days for all other international orders, to return your purchase to us. Purchases must be returned in original condition, with the original shipping documentation and correctly completed return form you received with your purchase.
Once all conditions are met, we will issue a full refund or ship an exchange item back to you completely free of charge.
We will only refund or exchange an item if it is faulty and after a thorough check is performed on the item to confirm the alleged fault. Once it is confirmed that a refund is to be issued, we will email you a confirmation email stating when your refund would be issued. From this point, it will approximately take 14 business days before you received email confirmation that the refund was transferred to your account. How quickly the funds appear on your bank account depends on your bank. Please contact your bank for further questions at the appropriate time.
Any items purchased at normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of a sale. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. If you want to make an exchange, simply contact us immediately at email@example.com and let us know what you want to exchange and why. We will record your request and you would then have 14 business days for German and other EU orders, or 30 business days for all other international orders, to return your purchase to us. Unless the item is faulty or we messed up and sent you the wrong order, we're afraid that the shipping costs to return the item to us will be at your expense. - For refunds and exchanges, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods or guarantees a reliable tracking service.
- Returned items should be unused, unworn, not washed, ironed or subjected to any other form of post-purchase care. Items must be returned in original packaging with ALL original documentation and the return form must be clearly and correctly filled out.
