In which countries can you shop online? 

At present you can in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Africa and Asia.

 

Where can I get a Gift Card? 
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer Gift Cards.

How can I be sure that I have placed my order correctly? 
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number as well as your selected billing and delivery address.

 

Can I track my order? 
In the shipping confirmation, which we send you by e-mail, there will be a tracking number and information on how to track your order.

Can I remove items from my order? 
No, after the order has been confirmed, unfortunately no more items can be removed.

What should I do if I get a wrong order? 
If you receive a wrong order or part of an order is wrong, please contact us right away.

Which payment methods can I use when ordering? 
We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Mastercard, Visa), PayPal and bank transfers.

 

Why has my payment been rejected? 
Your payment may have been rejected for one of the following reasons: 
1. The card may have expired. Check if your card is still valid. 
2. You could have exhausted your credit limit. Contact your bank and see if you are still within the allowed credit line. 
3. You may have entered some of your information incorrectly. Make sure that you have completed all required fields correctly. 
If none of the above three reasons apply, please contact your bank.

How do I use my promo code? 
If you have a promo code, please enter it in the promo code box when in your shopping cart check-out area and click apply. Please check the expiration date of your promo code before using it. Only one promo code can be used per purchase. Promo codes are not applicable for discounted goods.

How do I receive the invoice for my order?

When your package has been shipped, your invoice will be included in this package. You would also receive a copy in the shipping confirmation email informing you that your package is on its way.

Where can I receive my order? 
Your order can be sent to any address you specify (home, workplace, etc.)

Can the country of destination of the delivery differ from the country of the order? 
No. The country of destination of the delivery must correspond to the country of the order.

Will items that are no longer in stock be re-stocked? 
If an item is out of stock, we will try to get it back in stock as soon as possible. If the article is no longer available, it will be removed from the website.

How do I know if Ripe Wussy-Free received my returned items? 
When your package arrives at the warehouse and has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
